On June 4, 2013 the ETOILE board of Directors offered a Thanks Dinner to its commercial partners. The event took place on the occasion of the completion of the academic year, and ETOILE took the chance to thank its partners and renew its constructive partnerships for next year.

The Dinner was prepared by the Chefs of the school and took place at the “Acropolis” hall of ETOILE premises. Honored guests were the representatives of the ETOILE’s partner companies focusing on tourism and food, the representatives of ETOILE’s sponsors, as well as the ambassador of Mexico in Athens.


Press Release – “Cooking in Europe”

On Thursday, May 30, 2013 the “Cooking in Europe” event was held, in the context of the European Youth Week 2013 celebrations. With the assistance and cooperation of the students of “ETOILE-LES CHEFS”, young EVS volunteers cooked, presented unique recipes from their countries and initiated us into local and ethnic cuisines, offering a unique culinary experience to the event’s audience.
During the European Youth Week (25 May to 2 June 2013) the National EU Project’s Agency “Youth in Action & Eurodesk” of the Youth and Lifelong Learning Institute organized –among others- parallel special events in Athens and other major cities in Greece.

The European Youth Week constitutes a European Union initiative of the 31 countries that participate in the program “Youth in Action”, and this year it was the 6th time that was organized, following its success during the past years.
The “Cooking in Europe” event took place with the support of the “Café at Plato’s Academy” in cooperation with “ETOILE-LES CHEFS”.



The Association of Greek Tourism Enterprises has announced the Action entitled “Voucher for entering the labor market for the unemployed youth of the tourism sector to the age of 29”. The program aims at giving the change to young people to the age of 29 to obtain working experience through a 5-month practical internship in companies of the tourism sector. New Year’s Fest

On Wednesday February 13, 2013 the Etoile Studies’ annual cutting of the New Year’s cake took place.
The event was attended by the president of Etoile Studies Mr. Giannopoulos and the members of the board of directors.
During the event, the president of the Chefs’ Club of Greece Mr. Karoubas greeted the students and expressed his wishes for a creative and happy new year!



ETOILE Participates in HO.RE.CA 2013

The Board of Directors, the new Director of Studies Dr. Ouzouni Paraskevi and the academic staff of Etoile Studies by Les Chefs congratulate its group of students who successfully participated in the culinary contests of the 6th International Culinary Forum 2013, organized in the context of HORECA 2013 exhibition, for being awarded for their exhibition creations.


The Board of Directors of Etoile Studies by Les Chefs and its President Mr. Konstantinos Giannopoulos, always aiming at offering best quality educational services, announce that since 04/02/2013 Dr. Ouzouni Paraskevi has been appointed Director of Studies, position held by Mr. Ntaouliaris until recently, and wishes her and the new staff of the Direction of Studies the best of luck in their educational work.

ETOILE Studies opens its doors for the first “Career Days”,which will be held in Greece from hotels of EURODISNEY.

The purpose of this is the EURODISNEY HR to meet candidates for their hotels and to present their company. This presentation and duration of recruitment will be done in ETOILE Studies Friday, November 2, 2012.

ETOILE Studies and Italian Culinary School CASTAlimenti, in the presence of Mr. Vittorio Santoro, Director of the School marked the start of the student year 2012-2013 ETOILE Studies by Les Chefs.

Two Major schools unite their strength and drive Gastronomy into new levels. Mr. Gianopoulos, President of the ETOILE Studies announced with Mr. Santoro the officially launch of this collaboration and spoke warmly of the project.

The cooperation of ETOILE Studies, based in Athens and CASTAlimenti, based in Milan, ensures the highest level of Professionalism in Culinary and Pastry Chef Technis. The intention is to exchange and integrate skills of students, during the two years study, who wish to enter the world of gastronomy industry with the techniques of cooking and pastry from both Greek and Italian culinary tradition.

Among competitors are International Hotel Chains such as HILTON, IHG, ACCOR, KEMPINSKI, CROWN PLAZZA, HYATT, MOVEPICK Hotels and Resorts, SWISSOTEL, SHANGRI-LA Hotels, as well as Top Hospitality Schools such as GLION, FIU, BERJAYA, University Collegeof Hospitality SAVOIE MONT BLANC, GLOBE Academy OF TOUIRISM & HOSPITALITY, Le Roches, Oxford Brooks University.

ETOILE by Les Chefs is happy to inform you that as part of the MEAT DAYS 2012 Fair (, will join the jury for the first Sensory evaluation of Greek Meat Products .
Meat Days 2012 come so as to fill a void. Namely the lack of a meeting place, where meat and its products will be at the focal point and will take place in the exhibition center Metropolitan Expo located at the International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos

ETOILE by Les Chefs will worthily represented with the members :
Mr. Ntaouliari Argyris, Director of Studies with extensive experience in place Operation Manager at F & B part of a large hotel chain, Mr. Achilles Papachristos, Executive Chef ‘Dionysus’ Cooking & Professor in ETOILE by Les Chefs and Dr. Ouzounis Friday, Raw material and Food Product Professor in ETOILE by Les Chefs. Their long experience considered important for their selection and participation in the evaluation process.

This evaluation is intended to highlight and reward the Greek superior quality products that meet international standards, the promotion of Greek industry and the creation of institutions that will add value to Greek meat products. The process of product evaluation and the granting of awards will be Saturday, September 29 and will start at 11:00 with a duration until about 15:00. The performance evaluation of the competition is co-organized by professional organizations S.E.V.E.K (Federation of Greek Industries Meat Processing) S.P.A.K.V.E. and companies o.mind Creatives and the journal Meat Place.

In this unique event held for the first time in our country ETOILE by Les Chefs is honored to have a dual role by participating as members of the jury and with physical presence and presentation preparation by students at Exhibition Stand C3.
